No way to track its effectiveness

Review:Its works fine, its sends out reminder emails to everyone that forgot to leave feedback, there's just no way to track how effective it is without going through every sold item and seeing if I received feedback or not after the app sent a reminder. For what they charge, there should be an easy tracking system included on the app's effectiveness.
Not worth the money

Review:At first glance, this application was great. Upon using it for a month, I realized how much of a waste of money it is. Even if you are a PAID subscriber, they leave their watermark at the bottom of EVERY email. They did not respond to any of my support questions about removing this water mark, even though I was paying for the service. Additionally, they send out these emails on cancelled transactions and returns, which makes for awkward conversations with the customer. I would not use this service again.
